01 / COLLECTION

What is collected

The form asks for your name and email address. Your company is optional.

A request identifier, submission time and review status are stored with those details. The initial form does not ask for a postal address, payment details or an account password.

If your request is approved and you use your download link, each download records its time, how much of the file was delivered and whether it finished, the two-letter country Cloudflare reports for the connection, and your browser's user-agent string, shortened to 200 characters. Your IP address is not stored.

02 / PURPOSE

Why Meelmo uses it

Meelmo uses these details to identify the requester, review the demo request, reply by email and deliver the demo VM.

Each request is reviewed by a person. If it is approved, Meelmo emails you a personal download link that expires and allows a limited number of downloads. Download records show Meelmo whether the VM reached you and help detect a shared link. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.

03 / STORAGE

Where the request goes

When you select “Send demo VM request”, your details are sent to this website’s request service and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. A copy of your name, email address and company is emailed to Meelmo’s own inbox ([email protected]) through the email service Resend, so the request can be reviewed promptly.

Meelmo reviews requests on a private administration page protected by Cloudflare Access. The website does not provide a public list of requests or a public way to read request records. Only a one-way fingerprint of your download link is stored, not the link itself.

04 / RETENTION

How records are kept

Requests are kept for manual review and follow-up. This version of the request service does not automatically expire or delete records; Meelmo must remove them manually.

Changing a request’s review status does not delete its contact details. Download records are kept with the request and are removed with it.

05 / SITE OPERATIONS

Abuse protection and logs

An IP address is used temporarily to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored in the demo request table. Cloudflare may retain operational and security logs according to the site’s hosting configuration.

This website’s code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

06 / YOUR REQUEST

Follow-up and corrections

You can leave the company field empty. If further details are needed for VM delivery, Meelmo will ask you privately by email.

If Meelmo contacts you about your request, reply to that email to ask about the request, correct your contact details or request removal of your record. These requests are handled manually.
